The Work Jacket

The formula: being comfortable in a work jacket, perhaps while listening to Bruce Springsteen’s new album, tinkering on the car, motorcycle or household appliances. These all-cotton jackets were Born in Italy, either in colorful Madras check or solid canvas. The fabric is piece-dyed; the finished garment is enzyme-washed. If then, while playing with our adult toys, a smudge of grease or mud should besmirch our jackets, no worries. Beau Brummell would have approved the look.
